Runners:
Rich Cranswick
Bristol, UK
Ultrarunner & organiser of TLWD.
I've been taking part in multi-day ultras for a couple of years now, and enjoy the logistical, physical and mental challenge of these type of events.
After cycling JOGLE in 2010 I initially planned to run the 870 mile road route in 2014, though injury forced a reschedule to 2016.
Take a look through the website and meet me and other runners on the Facebook page.
If you have any questions or need further info, either contact me on thelongwaydown2016@gmail.com or use the About/Contact page.
If you fancy joining in use the Sign Up page to book a place through Eventbrite.
John Price
Somewhere in the USA. Probably running.
John has done pretty much everything there is to do in distance running. Several times. Yet he keeps on doing more.
A veteran of 2 previous JOGLEs, he's been up and down Britain more times than anyone in the group, and brings a wealth of experience to the event.
In 2015 he ran over 5000 competitive miles, and has mentioned that JOGLE will be a warm-up for events later in the year.
Nina Smith
Ascot, UK
I first met Rich during T184 in 2014 and when I saw he was organising this for 2016 I didn't hesitate to put my leave request in at work.
I enjoy ultra running, and this was on the list for some time. I bring with me enthusiasm and good spirits and the ability to eat tons of chocolate!

Dislikes: Not Running.
Am a HGV driver who gets to see a lot of the country. Once Rich put this on Social Ultra, I knew I had to do it. Have already done WHW and Pennine Way. So I suppose I can bring a bit of knowledge to the team. Some great training runs planned and a few events. Had a good year so far and just hoping to make the start line injury free
happy running folks
