Route Tables
The route tables and daily stops are up on the Route page.
Aiming to stop every 10-15 miles, there are 89 stops on the run. Most have some sort of shops or cafe on offer, though the Highlands will mean a couple of days self-supported with no chance to resupply. At the end of most days there is a range of accommodation available from wild camping to hotels and B&Bs.
The details of every daily stage will be posted in separate pages with maps, grid refs, elevation profiles and public transport options where available.
The full distance is 1,203 miles with 52k (170,000 feet) of elevation, which works out at an overall 2.7% gradient.
