All busy on the Social front

Apart form a few joiners, things are pretty quiet on the planning front as the season's racing calendar starts in earnest and my other interest, SocialUltra is taking me out to the hills & vales most weekends.

If you fancy a social 30 mile / 50k ish run, check out the facebook group - we organise runs around some of Britain's prettiest bits, with the emphasis on chat, cake and pubs.

There is usually something going on most weekends in various parts of the country. If you know a good route and fancy some company, join the group and post your ideas. If there are a few interested, set up an event and take it from there..
